About the role
We are recruiting a Project Controls Lead to support a growing function and embed recent ways of working across an integrated project team (IPT).
You will be accountable for the quality and integrity of project controls across projects/programmes, applying consistent processes, governance, and best-practice methods.
Working within the IPT, you will drive schedule quality, apply schedule risk analysis, and ensure partner/subcontractor schedules integrate cleanly. You’ll run “what-if”/scenario analysis to inform decisions and risk mitigation, ensure appropriate metrics (including EV) are applied and acted upon, and optimise resource scheduling across the portfolio.
The role includes contributing project-controls leadership to bids/tenders for smooth transition into execution, leading inputs to project reviews, and coaching/mentoring the wider controls community to uplift capability.
Experience & Qualifications
Must Have;
- Extensive, demonstrable project controls experience across initiation, planning, and execution on complex programmes.
- Expert user of Primavera P6 (and/or an enterprise planning/ERP tool).
- Proven application of Schedule Risk Analysis (identification, analysis methods, recommendations).
- Strong grasp of EV/metrics, governance, and best-practice planning techniques (including Agile-aware delivery).
- Ability to lead within an IPT, influence cross-functional teams, and present to senior stakeholders.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading a small team.
- Works independently, knows when to escalate, and can act as delegate for a Project/Programme Controls Manager.
- Eligible for UK baseline personnel security screening (BPSS) and potentially SC/DV.
Desirable;
- APMG Project Controls Foundation/Practitioner (or readiness to undertake).
- Familiarity with wider project controls/reporting toolsets (e.g., ERP, cost, and risk systems).
- Commercial/financial acumen and partner/subcontractor schedule integration experience.

About the role
We are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor (Contract) to support a large-scale programme in the defence sector.

About the role
We are recruiting for a P6 Project Planner to undertake a 1 year contract with possibility of long term extension.
The role will require time on site in Craigavon, Northern Ireland. Likely 2-3 days on site per week.
The rate is inclusive of all expenses; Travel and accommodation, if travelling from other parts of other parts of UK.
You will be working the master commissioning programme on a complex pharmaceutical manufacturing project working with a team CQV engineers to plan out their work load. The role will have a focus on the balancing of critical path and resource management.
A Project Controls system is already developed and the project controls manager will have a handover period with you to ensure a smooth transition.
Post this you will be responsible for two week lookahead meetings, bi monthly schedule updates, and presentation of data to project stakeholders.
Experience & Qualifications
Must Have;
· Minimum 5 years experience working using Primavera P6
· Experience in Process projects; Chemical / Life sciences / GMP
· Educated to minimum of HNC in Engineering or business, or time served Mechanical or electrical Technician
· Attention to detail and accuracy critical for this role
