Project Director

Location: Hybrid (Birmingham, England, United Kingdom) 

About the role 

We are recruiting for a Project Director to support a complex capital project environment. The role is based in Birmingham, England, United Kingdom and is offered on a hybrid basis. 

This opportunity sits within the Data Centres / Mission Critical sector. A senior PM / PMC leadership role on fast-paced, high-value data centre projects. 

We are seeking a Project Director to provide strategic leadership across the full project lifecycle, acting as senior client interface and leading multidisciplinary PMC teams. 

Key responsibilities will include 

• Provide strategic leadership from design through commissioning and handover.

• Act as senior client interface and align stakeholders on objectives, risks and performance.

• Lead multidisciplinary PMC teams, contractors and key delivery stakeholders.

Experience & Qualifications 

Must Have; 

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale data centre or mission-critical projects. 

• Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills. 

• Excellent understanding of cost, schedule, quality and HSE requirements on complex projects. 

• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to lead complex, high-value programmes. 

Desirable; 

• Experience within Data Centres / Mission Critical environments. 

• Strong stakeholder engagement and reporting capability.
