HSE Manager

Location: Hybrid (Birmingham, England, United Kingdom) 

About the role 

We are recruiting for a HSE Manager to support a complex capital project environment. The role is based in Birmingham, England, United Kingdom and is offered on a hybrid basis. 

This opportunity sits within the Data Centres / Mission Critical sector. 

A UK HSE leadership role supporting high-value mission-critical delivery. We are seeking an HSE Manager to drive a strong safety culture across contractors and stakeholders on major data centre / mission-critical projects. 

Key responsibilities will include 

• Drive HSE performance, compliance and continuous improvement across the project.

• Lead incident investigations, corrective actions and safety reporting.

• Monitor contractor compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements.

Experience & Qualifications Must Have; 

• Strong HSE management experience on large construction projects. 

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and regulatory awareness. 

• Ability to drive HSE performance, compliance and continuous improvement across the project. 

• Ability to lead incident investigations, corrective actions and safety reporting. 

• Ability to monitor contractor compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements. 

Desirable; 

• Data centre or mission-critical experience
