Health & Safety Manager

About the role 

We are recruiting for a Health & Safety Manager to support a complex capital project environment. The role is based in Greater Manchester, England, United Kingdom and is offered on a hybrid basis. 

This opportunity sits within the H&S / EHS sector. A UK H&S role supporting offices, construction sites and project-specific safety strategies. We are seeking a Health & Safety Manager to support and develop health and safety strategy, training and compliance across UK operations and project environments. 

Key responsibilities will include 

• coordinate H&S requirements across offices and construction sites.

• Maintain and expand training, awareness briefings and design risk management support.

• Develop project-specific health and safety strategies, programmes and plans.

Experience & Qualifications 

Must Have; 

• Strong H&S experience across project / construction environments. 

• Good communication and training delivery skills. 

• Ability to work across multiple offices and site environments. 

• Ability to coordinate H&S requirements across offices and construction sites. 

• Ability to maintain and expand training, awareness briefings and design risk management support. 

Desirable; 

• Experience within H&S / EHS environments.
