Group Head of Fire Design

About the role 

We are recruiting for a Group Head of Fire Design to support a complex capital project environment. The role is based in Greater Manchester, England, United Kingdom and is offered on a hybrid basis. 

This opportunity sits within the Fire Design sector. A group-level fire design leadership role within a multi-discipline engineering and project delivery firm. We are seeking a Group Head of Fire Design to lead technical standards, project support and fire design capability across the business. 

Key responsibilities will include 

• lead the fire design function and support technical excellence across projects.

• Develop standards, processes and fire design best practice across the group.

• Support project teams on complex fire engineering and compliance matters.

Experience & Qualifications 

Must Have;  

• Strong fire design / fire engineering leadership experience. 

• Ability to support multidisciplinary capital projects and client teams. 

• Excellent technical, coordination and leadership capability. 

• Ability to lead the fire design function and support technical excellence across projects. 

• Ability to develop standards, processes and fire design best practice across the group.
