CSA Lead

Location: Hybrid (Birmingham, England, United Kingdom) 

About the role 

We are recruiting for a CSA Lead to support a complex capital project environment. The role is based in Birmingham, England, United Kingdom and is offered on a hybrid basis. 

This opportunity sits within the Data Centres / Mission Critical sector. A UK data centre role focused on civil, structural and architectural package leadership. 

We are seeking an experienced CSA Lead to drive civil, structural and architectural excellence across complex hyperscale data centre projects. 

Key responsibilities will include 

• Lead CSA delivery from design coordination through construction and handover.

• Manage interfaces between design, site execution and commissioning teams.

• Oversee quality, technical compliance and construction readiness for CSA packages.

Experience & Qualifications

Must Have; 

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale data centre or mission-critical projects. 

• Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills. 

• Excellent understanding of cost, schedule, quality and HSE requirements on complex projects. 

• Ability to lead CSA delivery from design coordination through construction and handover. 

• Manage interfaces between design, site execution and commissioning teams.

Desirable; 

Experience within Data Centres / Mission Critical environments. 

Strong stakeholder engagement and reporting capability.
