About the role 

We are recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to support a complex capital project environment. The role is based in Greater Manchester, England, United Kingdom and is offered on a hybrid basis. 

This opportunity sits within the Contracts Administration sector. A UK contracts administration role supporting consultant onboarding and contract documentation across the business. 

We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage the generation, monitoring and compliance of contract documentation and to support consultant onboarding / offboarding across the UK. 


Key responsibilities will include

  • Generate and manage contract documentation and contractual.

  • Monitor documentation compliance and approval workflows.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding of consultants across the UK.


Experience & Qualifications 

Must Have; 

  • Strong administration and document control capability. 

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. 

  • Ability to generate and manage contract documentation and contractual changes. 

  • Ability to monitor documentation compliance and approval workflows. 

  • Ability to support onboarding and offboarding of consultants across the UK. 

Desirable; 

Experience with contract documentation and compliance processes.
