Construction Manager

Location: Site Based (South East, England, United Kingdom) 

About the role 

We are recruiting for a Construction Manager to support a complex capital project environment. The role is based in South East, England, United Kingdom and is offered on a site based basis. 

This opportunity sits within the Construction sector. A site-based construction management role supporting complex UK capital project delivery. We are seeking a Construction Manager to lead site delivery, coordinate contractors and drive safe, high-quality execution through to completion. 

Key responsibilities will include 

• manage construction activities, logistics and contractor coordination on site.

• Drive HSE, quality, programme and reporting performance.

• Support issue resolution during construction and pre-commissioning stages.

Experience & Qualifications 

Must Have

• Strong construction management experience in complex capital projects. 

• Experience managing contractor interfaces and site delivery performance. 

• Excellent communication, HSE focus and programme awareness. 

• Manage construction activities, logistics and contractor coordination on site. 

• Ability to drive HSE, quality, programme and reporting performance.
