Why are we different
We provide a managed project controls and project management service—built for regulated environments—so clients can mobilise capability quickly.
Managed service, Not recruitment agency
with over a decade of experience in the industry, we have a comprehensive understanding of the assignments that are required. We handpick the best teams for successful project delivery.
Solutions-led and accountable
We take ownership of issues and outcomes. If something isn’t working, we address it early and support the team to resolution.
End-to-end process, minimal client input
Following a short requirements brief, we develop the assignment scope and proposal, arrange introductions, and manage mobilisation. Clients are typically only required to provide final approval.
Ongoing support after mobilisation
We remain engaged throughout the assignment, with regular check-ins, monthly performance reviews, and a clear escalation route. Where required, we also provide governance and reporting support to maintain quality and continuity.
Our Guarantee to you
Our goal is consistently high client satisfaction.
We aim for exceptional client outcomes.
1) Right first time
every time
Every resource we place is screened for performance and assignment fitness. We verify qualifications, certifications, and references, and ensure required accreditations are in place prior to mobilisation.
2) Partnership approach
We work as an extension of your team; collaborative, transparent, and outcome-focused. Ensuring delivery stays aligned to your programme objectives.
3) Resource
